In Loving Memory of Kimberly “Kim” Cochran
ROSELAND, Chicago — The community is grieving the tragic and untimely passing of Kimberly Cochran, lovingly known as Kim, who was found deceased inside a home in the 10100 block of South State Street on Tuesday night. She was 46 years old.
Around 10 p.m., a witness discovered Kim unresponsive on the floor of the home and immediately contacted authorities. Chicago Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene, where she was pronounced dead. In the wake of her passing, homicide detectives have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding her death.
Kim’s loss has left a deep and painful void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew her. She was more than just a name in a report—she was a mother, a loved one, a friend, and a woman whose presence mattered.
