Gary Lynn Littlehead Missing Person; Tulsa Police looking for missing man who walked away from nursing home

A missing man who was last seen leaving a nursing home in south Tulsa is being sought by police.

Gary Lynn Littlehead, 69, left a nursing home near 61st and Lewis at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, according to Tulsa Police.

According to TPD, he might be trying to walk Highway 75 south toward Mounds.

Littlehead has dementia, was admitted to the hospital a few days ago due to severe respiratory problems following a house fire, and will probably require medical attention shortly.

According to TPD, Littlehead is a guy Native American with brown eyes and shoulder-length graying hair. When he was last seen, he was dressed in a light-colored shirt, grey sweatpants, and maybe a blue or red pullover jacket.
