Amari Howard Death; 27-year-old man was shot and killed in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood

The South Shore area of Chicago saw the shooting death of a 27-year-old male.

Amari Howard was shot in the face, neck, and right shoulder and was discovered unconscious in the 7700 block of South Kingston Avenue, according to the police.

The shooting took place on March 1, 2025, at approximately 4:39 p.m.

At the scene, he was declared dead.

Although no suspects have been named as of yet, investigators are still investigating the incident.
