Kennedy Smith Car Accident; a student at McKenzie School in South Alabama, lost her life this week in an ATV accident.

This Sunday February 23, 2025 Kennedy and her family will be doing an Honor Walk at USA Health’s Children’s and Women’s Hospital. During this time Family, Friends, and Hospital Staff will line the hallways between Kennedy’s room and the operating room, where Kennedy in a final act of love is donating her organs to save the lives of others. Taylor and Justin have invited our community to stand by them during this difficult time. If you can possibly find a way to be there, I know your presence would be greatly appreciated. Taylor has advised that we should arrive by 10am. If transportation is an issue, Mr. Collins and Ms. Crum will be driving buses down for all who would like to come. The buses will depart for Mobile at 8:00am on Sunday Morning. Let’s flood those halls with Blue and Gold and love on this wonderful family, McKenzie School said via facebook post.

Kennedy Smith was in a really bad ATV accident on 2-17-25. She was sent by life fight to Mobile and is in the PICU trying to breath on her own. Her pelvis is shattered. When she wake up and is breathing on her own she will have a long road of recovery ahead of her. I’m asking for help for this family as Taylor and Justin will be needing travel money to get her to and from doctor appointments and so much more! Anything you can donate will help them out. I know they will greatly appreciate it.

Update. This is not the news I wanted to hear this morning but Kennedy passed away. Please if you can help donate to this family as they are going through such a hard time and now having to deal with the loss of their beautiful daughter! Anything you can donate with help with funeral cost.
