Megan Frances Hood Death; Homicide Investigation at 100 block of Jennifer Circle – Additional Information Released Suspect Identified: Amadeo Guillermo Arce

This update follows the homicide investigation press release issued earlier today related to the homicide investigation at the 100 block of Jennifer Circle. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office is now releasing the identity of the victim and suspect involved.

Victim Identified: Megan Frances Hood, W/F, 36 years of age, of Georgetown, TX

Suspect Identified: Amadeo Guillermo Arce, W/M, 34 years of age, of Georgetown, TX

Deputies responded to a 911 call reporting that an individual had killed their roommate by physical violence in the 100 block of Jennifer Circle, located outside the city limits of Georgetown. Commander John Foster stated, “The suspect has been charged with felony family violence. We expect the charge to be enhanced once we consult further with the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office. As the investigation remains ongoing, any further requests for information will be directed to the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office.”
