Sasha Kalyina Death, Obituary; co-founder of Sunflowers and Choughs, Sasha Kalyina Passed Away Unexpectedly

It is with deep sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our dear friend, colleague, and co-founder of Sunflowers and Choughs, Sasha Kalyina.

Sasha was a force of nature—spirited, adventurous, deeply creative, and endlessly kind. She poured her heart into every project, from community events to charitable work, always striving to connect people and make the world a better place. Her love for nature, animals, and those around her shone through in everything she did.

Tragically, while on holiday in Greece, Sasha had an accident while hiking in the mountains she loved so much. Her energy, so vibrant and full of life, has now moved on to another journey.

We are still in shock, trying to come to terms with this devastating loss. A memorial gathering will be held in Perranporth in the coming weeks to honor Sasha’s life and legacy, bringing together all who loved and cherished her. We will share the details soon.
