We regret to notify you of yet another devastating loss in our community. Zach Golley, a dedicated Ellicottville First Responder and a respected member of our public works department, passed away yesterday.

Zach stood out for his kind smile and unwavering dedication to serving others. As we all grieve this loss, we respectfully ask that you keep Zach, his family, and the Golleys in your prayers. Zach, who is presently on life support and waiting for an organ donation, will be greatly missed.

Our community is heartbroken as we stand with the Golley family during this incredibly difficult time. As many know, they are always the first to offer support in a crisis, and now, it’s our turn to be there for them.

Their son, Zach, remains on life support awaiting organ donation—a final act of selflessness that reflects the kindness and generosity he inherited from his family.
