Emergency responders, including Mount Vernon Fire/EMS, rushed him to Knox Community Hospital, but despite their efforts, Dylan succumbed to his injuries.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol noted that Dylan was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, a tragic reminder of the risks faced by motorcyclists. Troopers were assisted at the scene by the Mount Vernon Police Department, Mount Vernon City Fire/EMS, and On the Spot Towing, as the investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
