23-year-old Angelina Babers and 36-year-old Justin Babers Arrested; 2 face charges in death of dependent QCA man

In relation to the death of 76-year-old Kenneth Flaugh, a dependent adult who resided in Clinton, Clinton Police have detained 23-year-old Angelina Babers and 36-year-old Justin Babers following a four-month investigation, the news release stated.

Both are charged with a Class B felony—intentional reckless adult abuse of a dependent that results in death. According to the announcement, they were being held Sunday on a surety bond or $25,000 in cash.

The Clinton County Attorney’s Office and the Department of Health and Human Services are among the assisting organizations.
